Our story
Women Who Move Markets began as a vision to create spaces where women feel seen, celebrated, and supported, without the need to perform or prove.
Built for the woman who understands her presence carries power, Women Who Move Markets is a collective anchored in intention, connection, and elevation. We exist for women who lead with purpose, move with confidence, and value depth over noise.
Through thoughtfully curated gatherings, from intimate moments to immersive retreats, Women Who Move Markets brings together beauty, meaning, and presence. Every experience is designed to honor both who you are and who you are becoming.
Get To Know The Women Behind The Movement
Michelle Demmerelle is a purpose-driven leader, Los Angeles–born and Georgia–rooted, and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of She.Her., a women-centered platform focused on professional development, collaboration, and community impact. Her leadership is grounded in faith, family, and a lifelong commitment to empowering women through intentional community and access.
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Michelle brings a strategic, service-oriented approach to leadership. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, along with the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) and SE-AWMA designations. She has led initiatives advancing financial literacy and economic empowerment and has supported the execution of 150+ community service projects. She is also currently pursuing additional certifications supporting both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, further strengthening her ability to guide mission-driven and growth-oriented initiatives.
Michelle co-founded a women-centered golf organization and has served as Co-Director and Outreach Chair of a nonprofit, leading community partnerships and outreach initiatives. She remains actively engaged with the Black Professional Group and Lead For Women, and was competitively selected for and completed BELC Program 10. Her service as a 2024 Brand Ambassador further reflects her commitment to leadership development, collaboration, and meaningful impact. Her advocacy also extends to pageantry, where she was a Top-15 finalist in Miss Georgia USA and crowned Ms. Black Georgia USA 2023, using her platform to champion confidence and leadership.
A proud mother to her daughter, Chloe’, Michelle remains deeply committed to mentorship and legacy. Her hope is that She.Her. creates generational opportunity, serving high school students, college women, and women of all ages by supporting their professional and personal development and empowering them to lead purpose-driven lives.
